LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT OF YOUR BOOTH:
Each business will be given a scheduled time to load-in and load out their booth before and after the event.
During the event, businesses will be allowed access to the venue each day that the market is open one hour before doors open to the public. We suggest that you use this full hour for the preparation of your booth.
Businesses should not pack up before doors close to the public each night. Once the market has closed, businesses must vacate the building within one hour. Your stand remains intact and does not need to be packed up every day. You may leave your product at your own risk. We recommend removing all valuables at the close of the market each day.
Businesses must remove all waste, litter and unsold items from the venue when leaving the event. Waste and litter must be disposed of in designated commercial waste receptacles rather than in the closest waste bin.
Santa Barbara Night Market LLC and their security team will unlock and open the building one hour prior to the event and secure and lock it one hour after the event each day.
We only use lovely venues, so please look after them. Businesses will be financially responsible for any damages they cause to the market venue. You may NOT hang, tape, glue, nail, screw or in any other way affix items to any wall, door, floor, curtain or any other part of the building without prior approval. If you have heavy items that you cannot pick up by yourself, please request help from one of the Santa Barbara Night Market staff. This will prevent floors from being unnecessarily damaged.
